Director
Directing credits include: A Midsummer Night's Dream ( theatredelicatessen ), The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus by Christoper Marlowe, The Grimm Fairy Tales by The Brothers Grimm, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey and Parasites by Westminster Prize Winner Ali Muriel.

Training includes: Director's Summer School and Director's Toolbox ( Young Vic ), Director's Workshop ( NSDF ).

Directing and Research Assisting include: Project X ( Joe Hill-Gibbins for the Royal Court ) and Pictures at an Exhibition ( Daniel Kramer for Sadlers Wells / Young Vic ).

Frances has worked extensively in theatre for development and education, including spending 6 months in Malawi devising, directing and touring productions with local rural communities about HIV/AIDS Education, Human Rights and Conservation Issues.

Harry is also currently working Dido Queen of Carthage for Angels in the Architecture at Kensignton Palace. Previous credits include Vincent River ( Trafalger Studios ); Ghost Sonata ( Goat and Monkey ); and Caravan ( Regional arts festivals tour, including Glastonbury Festival ).

Mauricio Preciado Awad
Mauricio Preciado Awad
Producer
Mauricio left his hometown of Bogota, Colombia in 2000. He has a BSC in Economics from the University of Bristol and currently works for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mauricio's passion for theatre was fuelled by his participation in experimental theatre groups in Colombia and also while producing the Greek tragedy Agamemnon. He gains his inspiration from current affairs, politics, and old films and is constantly looking for outlets that will allow him to unleash his artistic expression. Mauricio currently resides in Putney and in his spare time he can be found producing and training for the Flora London Marathon which he will be running for the Mental Health Foundation this coming April.

Roland Smith

In 1999 Roland was awarded the RSC Buzz Goodbody Award for his production of The Absence of War by David Hare. Following this he directed Elvis Orders a Mai Tai and Skin Deep (both UK premiers) for Horla at The Rose and Crown, and Torn by Joanne White for SJT Productions at the Soho Theatre Studio , How to Live and Eskimo Sisters, both for Camden Peoples Theatre. Over the last two years he has directed A Midsummer Nights Dream and Peer Gynt at Gladstone Park for Brent Arts, and Tough Luck for First Draft.

Roland was a founder member of TACIT Theatre, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with whom he directed Misanthrope ( The Cornerhouse ) and Les Liaisons Dangereuses ( Kingston Arts Theatre )

Through his own company (beat) theatre Roland created and directed ...between two points... ( Lion and Unicorn ), Desert/Island/Man ( ROAR in conjunction with CoTA ) and To Close and Kill ( Latchmere - What's On Pick Of The Week )

As Associate Director of hybridtheatre, Roland has undertaken a process at The Young Vic, through the Genesis Director's Project, researching and developing HamletMachine by Heiner Muller, and developed his own piece Finis Terre for the Chelsea Theatre. He is currently developing a new piece of physical theatre, Alpe d'Huez for theatredelicatessen.

Roland is currently directing an devised outdoor promenade production in Herne Hill, entitled Right Up My Street for the Young Vic.

Alexandra Baybutt
Alexandra Baybutt
Movement Director
Alexandra lives and works in London. She trained at LABAN and later at Goldsmiths and draws on many influences and experience as a dancer and choreographer to inform her work with actors. She also makes performance and is involved in research with sound artists. Working one-to-one and with groups, she enjoys new challenges and stretching her imagination.

Penny Longhurst
Penny Longhurst
Stage Manager
Penny is currently in her final year, studying Drama, at Royal Holloway University of London. Her previous work, through the University, has included the Stage Management of Gasping by Ben Elton (2007), Ranjit Bolt's adaptation of Lysistrata by Aristophanes (2007) and she also won the University's award for Best Technical Contribution for her work on Tom Stoppard's Arcadia. She has also been fortunate enough to appear in a number of Royal Holloway's most successful productions from Our Country's Good by Timberlake Wertenbaker to the famous A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams, and next year she will be playing Alice in Patrick Marber's Closer. Outside of her University career, she has worked for Panavision UK as 'Associate to the camera man' and clapper loader for CBBC production of The Queen's Nose and most recently has acted as an assistant to the Barbican and Cheek By Jowl Stage Management team for their successful run of Cymbeline.

Anna Redmond
Anna Redmond
Stage Manager
Anna studied her BA in Drama and English at Winchester University (then King Alfred's College) and her MA in Performance and Culture at Goldsmiths University, completing this in Sept 07. Her interest in performance is primarily in the connections that it has with society, how a performance can be informed by these and how performance and society exist together: Both harmoniously and acrimoniously! Before studying for her MA, Anna was part of t he stage management team for the Chichester Youth Theatre's summer production of The Grimm Tales. Anna currently works for the Orange Tree Theatre as a Fundraising Assistant.
