theatredelicatessen are proud to announce an addition to our 'Tis the Season to be Jolly...As F**k festival line up.
On Wednesday 2nd December, Cavendish Gate will be the venue of a night of sketch, character, stand-up and musical comedy, showcasing the best comedians London has to offer. Compered by the acerbically witty and musically gifted Leisa Rea (Best Act, The Musical Comedy Awards 2009).
Acts include The Boom Jennies (‘bubbly, naughty, engaging fun’ - **** ThreeWeeks), Ginger and Black (‘slick, clever, original and funny, and fully worth seeing’ - ***** Fringe Report) and Late Night Gimp Fight (‘some of the finest and hottest young comedic talent at the Fringe this year’ - **** Hairline).

Hilarious and funky character comedy from Danny Robins (BBC3's Mischief, The Culture Show, Radio 4's The Museum of Everything and the writer of R4's Rudy's Rare Records). Teacher by day, DJ by night - DJ Danny returns to spin some Xmassive tunes in a bid to escape the classroom and become a superstar DJ. Featuring Danny's trusty sidekick Mr Walker, Head of Music and RE. You'll be laughing and shaking your booty...

‘Tis the Season to be Jolly… AS F**K!

Just a step, a shove and a sharp elbow from the festive Oxford Street crowds, this christmas theatredelicatessen are curating the inaugural 'Tis the season to be jolly AS F**K festival.
This festival of theatre, comedy and cabaret featuring feature some of the best upcoming talents from London and the Edinburgh Fringe - including Rob Rouse, Dan Antopolski, Adam Bloom and The Kitten Club.
Running from 19th November – 20 December 2009, the festival will also include previews of You're So Vain You Probably Think That This Show Is About You, a new piece of cabaret theatre by Roland Smith, writer of the Summer's sell-out success, Pedal Pusher and The Canterbury Tales created by theatredelicatessen development artist, Tom Daplyn.
'Tis the season to be jolly AS F**K - produced with WhatWho - promises to be the perfect evening out for those who want something a little more from their festive entertainment than a fairy story acted out by a faded soap star in a pantomime costume.
